The South Village is 160 acres south of the heart of downtown Zionsville, west of 421, and north of Old 106th, and east of 2nd Street.

The South Village Includes:

  • More than 60 acres of new green space

  • New trails for a pedestrian-friendly experience

  • More parking options for the Village

  • Streamlined access to and through Zionsville for residents, business owners, and visitors
